What is the return policy?
Shipping & Returns
We ship from Norway.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way.
Returns
If something isn’t right, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Taxes and duties
For orders shipped outside Norway, local taxes, VAT, or customs duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are handled by local customs.
When will I get my order?
Norway (Posten)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.
International (Posten)
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and local postal services.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.
